摘要

目的观察清心滚痰丸合并氯丙嗪治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效以及不良反应。方法将118例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组59例和对照组59例

研究组给予氯丙嗪合并清心滚痰丸

对照组给予氯丙嗪

治疗时间为12周

以简明精神病量表（BPRS）、阳性症状量表（SAPS）、阴性症状量表（SANS）、临床疗效总评量表（CGI）及副反应量表（TESS）为评定工具。结果治疗后两组BPRS、SANS、SAPS、CGI评分均与治疗前比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）

治疗后两组BPRS、SANS、SAPS、病情严重程度（SI）、疗效总评（GI）、TESS评分以及起效时间、痊愈率和显进率比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论清心滚痰丸可增强氯丙嗪对精神分裂症的总体疗效

同时能减轻氯丙嗪所致的口干、便秘不良反应。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect and adverse reaction of Qingxin Guntan Wan （Bolus for clearing heart fire and dissolving phlegm） plus chlorpromazine for first-episode schizophrenia. Methods The 118 cases of first-episode schizophrenia were randomized into 2 groups: research group and control group

with 59 cases in each. The research group was administered Qingxin Guntan Wan and chlorpromazine and the control group was given chlorpromazine. The observation was lasted for 12 weeks and the effect was assessed by BPRS

curative rate and remarkable improvement rate was all significant （P<0.05 or P<0.01）. Conclusion Qingxin Guntan Wan can enhance the overall effect of chlorpromazine on schizophrenia

and reduce its side effect such as dry mouth and constipation.
