Effect of Scattered Puncturing plus Auricular Dressing Therapy on Immunoglobulin of Acne Vulgaris Patients
Objective To observe the effect and its mechanism of scattered puncturing plus auricular dressing therapy on im- munoglobulin of ache vulgaris patients. Methods The 40 patients were randomized into a treatment group(20 cases)
treated by scattered puncturing plus auricular dressing therapy
and a control group(20 cases)
administered Licorzincum Capsules. Two courses in total were carried out.The immunonephelometry assay was applied to observe the changes of IgG
IgA and IgM.Results The therapeutic effect in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The content of IgA and IgM of two groups before and after treatment was not signifi- cantly different(P>0.05).The content of IgG of treatment group was significantly decreased in comparison with that before treat- ment and that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of scattered puncturing plus auricular dressing therapy for ache vulgaris was better than that of Licorzincum Capsules.Acupuncture regulating immunity may be one of the important mechanisms in the treatment.
