摘要

目的观察消癥饮治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法采用随机、阳性药物平行对照的方法

将300例湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎患者分为治疗组和对照组

治疗组200例口服消癥饮

对照组100例口服清浊祛毒丸

共治疗8周

观察治疗前后中医症状积分、前列腺液白细胞变化情况

评价临床疗效。结果治疗后治疗组中医症状积分、前列腺液白细胞变化及总有效率明显优于对照组

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论消癥饮治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Xiao Zheng Yin（Decoction to treat masses）on chronic prostatitis of the syndrome of damp-heat and blood stasis.Methods In this randomized

parallely controlled trial

the 300 chronic prostatitis cases of the syndrome of damp-heat and blood stasis were divided into the treatment group with 200 patients treated by oral taking of Xiaozheng Yin and the control group with 100 patients treated by oral taking of Qingzhuo Qudu Wan（Pill to clear turbidity and remove toxins）.Totally they were treated for 8 weeks.The TCM symptom scores

prostate tenderness and hardness

and changes of WBC in prostatic fluid were observed to evaluate the clinical effect.Results After treatment

the TCM symptom scores

changes of WBC and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly superior to those of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Xiaozheng Yin is effective in treating the chronic prostatitis of the syndrome of damp-heat and blood stasis.
