摘要

目的观察针刺四神聪穴治疗失眠的疗效

为腧穴主治提供临床依据。方法将246例失眠患者采用多中心随机对照方法分为四神聪组（124例）、足三里组（122例）。四神聪组采用针刺四神聪穴治疗

每日1次;足三里组针刺足三里穴

每日1次;共治疗15次

30天后随访评价。结果四神聪组临床痊愈79例

显效15例

有效8例

无效22例;足三里组痊愈63例

显效11例

有效8例

无效40例。针刺四神聪组疗效优于足三里组（P<0.05）。治疗结束1个月后随访

两组在晨起体力恢复和中医症状改善方面

四神聪组疗效优于足三里组（P<0.01）。结论针刺四神聪穴能有效改善睡眠质量

减少抑郁和焦虑。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at Sishencong（EX-HN1）on insomnia to provide clinical evidence for points’ indications.Methods The 246 insomnia patients were randomized into Sishencong（EX-HN1）group with 124 cases in it and Zusanli（ST 36）group with 122 cases in it.The former was treated by puncturing Sishencong while the latter by puncturing Zusanli

once daily

15 times of treatment totally.One month later

the evaluation was made in the follow-up.Results Of the Sishencong group

79 were clinically cured

15 remarkably improved

8 improved

and 22 ineffective.Of the Zusanli group

63 were clinically cured

11 remarkably improved

8 improved

and 40 ineffective.The effect of Sishencong group was better than that of Zusanli group（P<0.05）.In the follow-up one month later

there found a better result in physical strength restore and symptom relieve in Sishencong group than in Zusanli group（P<0.01）.Conclusion Puncturing Sishencong can improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients

relieve depression and anxiety and decrease relapse rate.
