Objective To compare the difference of pulse graph before and after the stent implantation in patients of coronary heart disease（CHD）in order to objectively evaluate its significance in the treatment of CHD patients.Methods The pulse information of CHD patients before and after stent implantation was collected by the pulse detection system and the pulse graph was analyzed with the methods of time domain and Hilbert-Huang transformation（HHT）.Results The wave amplitude of time domain after the stent implantation tended lower.The X wave of C3 modality in pulse graph was significantly influenced by the stent implantation.After stent implantation

the C3 modality of 82% of patients was obviously improved

closely to that of healthy people.Conclusion The pulse graph is a non-invasive examination technique

significant in evaluating the clinical therapeutic effect of CHD.The parameters of pulse graph based on traditional Chinese medicine can be considered as one of indexes for evaluation.
