摘要

目的观察清化活血敛疡法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分组

其中对照组45例

以柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片保留灌肠

每晚1次;治疗组55例

以清化活血敛疡中药煎剂保留灌肠

每晚1次

两组均口服中药基础治疗

均以30天为1个疗程。两组分别于治疗后对临床疗效作对比分析

并观察内镜下肠黏膜病变改善情况。结果两组中医证候疗效、肠黏膜疗效比较

治疗组均优于对照组（P<0.01或P<0.05）。结论清化活血敛疡法治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较好的临床疗效

而且能够显著修复肠道黏膜。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of herbal treatment with Clearing pathogens

activating blood and astringing ulceration on ulcerative colitis （UC）.Methods The 100 UC patients were randomized into the control group（45 cases） treated by sulfasalazine entericcoated tablet enema once a day

and the treatment group（55 cases） treated by the enema with the herbal decoction in the principle of clearing pathogens and activating blood for treating ulceration once a day.Both groups were orally administered the basic herbal treatment with 30 days as one course.The effect of two groups was compared after treatment and the improvement of pathological changes of intestinal mucosa were observed with endoscope.Results The effect of treatment group was better in relieving symptoms of TCM syndrome and intestinal mucosa than that of control group （P<0.01 or P<0.05）.Conclusion Qinghua Huoxue Lianyang therapy is good for UC and it can repair well the lesion of intestinal mucosa.
