Therapeutic Evaluation on Different Combination of Acu-points for Cervical Spondylosis of 90 Cases
Objective To study the difference of 3 ways of combination of acu-points in the effect on cervical spondylosis. Methods The enrolled patients were randomized into 3 groups:distal point group
adjacent point group
and distal + adjacent point group
30 patients in each. The effect was compared by scoring clinical symptoms
signs
and VAS pain. Results All 3 ways of combination of acu-points were effective in score improvement
comprehensive scores
comprehensive therapeutic effect
and analgesia improvement (P<0.01).But the difference in all indices of three groups after treatment was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Three ways of combination of points are effective for cervical spondylosis.Although the points selected are less than those of distal plus adjacent combination
