摘要

目的研究补肾通络法对实验性慢性非细菌性前列腺炎（CAP）动物模型前炎性基因表达的影响。方法60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组

模型对照组

前列通利汤高、低剂量组及阳性药物对照组;前列通利汤高、低剂量组及阳性药物对照组分别于造模后45天连续给药1个月

观察各组大鼠前列腺组织的整体、光镜、电镜病理形态学以及炎性基因表达产物肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白细胞介素-2（IL-2）和诱导型一氧化氮合成酶（iNOs）的变化。结果前列通利汤高剂量组CAP大鼠血清或前列腺组织的TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2、iNOs趋于正常

组织学及电镜检测出的炎性病理变化明显减轻或恢复正常

与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论以"补肾通络"为指导原则的前列通利汤能够通过抑制炎性基因的表达

调节免疫功能

从而对实验性CAP大鼠模型产生治疗作用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of benefiting kidney and dredging meridian method on expression of proinflammatory cytokine genes of Chronic abacterial prostatitis（CAP） model rats.Methods The 60 Wistar rats were randomized into normal control group

model control group

high and low dosage groups of Qianlie Tongli Decoction

and positive control group.The high and low dosage groups of Qianlie Tongli Decoction were administered herbal medicine for one month in succession 45 days after making models.The pathological changes in the prostate tissue of all groups were observed with light microscope and electron microscope

and the expression of TNF-α

IL-1β

IL-2

and iNOs of inflammatory gene was tested.Results In the high dosage group

TNF-α

IL-1β

IL-2 and iNOs tended to be normal

the pathological inflammatory changes of histology were greatly relieved or restored to normal state.Compared with the model control group

the difference was significant.Conclusion Qianlie Tongli Decoction with the principle of benefiting kidney and dredging meridian is therapeutically effective for the experimental CAP rats through inhibiting the expression of proinflammatory cytokine genes to regulate the immune function.
