摘要

目的观察补肾养血活血法在体外受精—胚胎移植（IVF-ET）过程中对超促排卵反应、子宫内膜改善及临床妊娠率的影响。方法将63例接受体外受精—胚胎移植的患者随机分为治疗组（31例）和对照组（32例）

对照组采用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂/基因重组人促卵泡激素/人绝经后促性腺激素/人绒毛膜促性腺激素（G nRH a/r-FSH/HM G/HCG）方案

治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上分阶段服用补肾养血活血中药

观察两组促性腺激素（G n）的用量及子宫内膜厚度、计算取卵数、测定优质卵率、观察受精率、计算优质胚胎率和妊娠率。结果治疗组可以减少促性腺激素的用量（P<0.01）

提高子宫内膜的厚度（P<0.05）;而且在提高优质卵率、受精率、优质胚胎率及最终提高妊娠率方面均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论补肾养血活血法可以促排卵、健内膜、辅助胚胎着床

联合体外受精—胚胎移植可以提高妊娠率。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of the reinforcing kidney

nourishing and activating blood on promoting ovulation and improving the endometrium thickness and pregnancy rate in the process of in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation（IVF-ET）.Methods The 63 cases receiving IVF-ET were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group（n=31） treated with GnRHa/r-FSH/HMG/HCG combined with the herbs of kidney-reinforcing

blood-nourishing and blood-activating in different periods of IVF-ET

and the control group（n=32） with GnRHa/ r-FSH/HMG/HCG alone.The dose of gonadotropin（Gn）

endometrium thickness

follicular oocyte number

high-quality oocyte rate

fertilization rate

high-quality embryo rate and pregnancy rate of both groups were observed.Results In the treatment group

Gn dose was significantly lower（P<0.01） and endometrium thickness increased（P<0.05）

and the effect on increasing the high-quality oocyte rate

fertilization rate

high-quality embryo rate

and pregnancy rate was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of replenishing kidney

nourishing and activating blood is effective in promoting ovulation

increasing endometrium thickness

and helping embryo implantation.In combination with IVF-ET

it increases the pregnancy rate

serving as an effective treatment for infertile women.
