摘要

目的观察以清胰化积方为主的中西医综合疗法治疗晚期胰腺癌的生存改善情况及其治疗影响因素。方法回顾性分析以清胰化积方为主的中西医综合治疗的晚期胰腺癌患者（治疗组64例）的生存情况

并与同期其他中西医综合治疗（对照组70例）的患者进行比较

分析各种临床因素和化疗、放疗对生存的影响。结果治疗组1年、3年、5年的生存率分别为25.0%、14.1%、8.4%

中位生存期7.6个月

较对照组患者明显延长（P<0.05）。治疗前CA 19-9≥500U/m、lKPS<80者预后较差（P<0.05）。在治疗组中

不同辨证分型者的生存差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）

而化放疗联合组生存情况优于单纯化疗组（P<0.05）。结论以清胰化积方为主的中西医综合治疗可能对晚期胰腺癌患者生存的延长具有重要作用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the survival state of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer treated by integrated western and traditional Chinese medicine mainly with Qingyi Huaji Formula（formula for clearing the pancreas and dissolving the stasis）

and the influence factors of the treatment.Methods A reviewed analysis was made on the patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who were treated by Qingyi Huaji Formula

the integrated western and traditional Chinese Medicine.The survival rate of treatment group

64 cases

was compared with that of the control group

70 cases

treated by non-Qingyi Huaji Formula

and the influence of various clinical factors

chemical therapy

radiotherapy on the survival rate was analyzed.Results In the treatment group

the survival rate of 1

and 5 years was 25.0%

14.1% and 8.4% respectively

and the median survival was 7.6 months

obviously longer than those of the control group（P<0.05）.Those who with the serum CA19-9≥500U/ml and KPS<80 before treatment were related with poorer survival（P<0.05）.In the treatment group

the survival rate of different TCM syndromes was not significantly different（P>0.05）.The survival rate of radiotherapy and chemotherapy was better than that of chemotherapy alone（P<0.05）.Conclusion Qingyi Huaji Formula is important in prolonging survival of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.
