Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis of Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation Syndrome by Qingchen Mixture
Objective To observe the effect of Qingchen Mixture on the plasma motilin and electrogastrograph of diabetic gastroparesis(DGP) patients in spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome. Methods The 60 DGP patients in spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation syndrome were randomized into the trail group
treated by Qingchen Mixture
3 times a day
20ml each time
and the control group
treated by Domperidone
3 times a day
10ml each time.After 30 days
the scores of clinic symptoms
plasma motilin and the electro-gastrogram(EGG) were observed for comparing with those before treatment. Results The total effective rate of trail group was 93.33% while that of the control group was 73.33%
the difference was significant(P<0.05).In decreasing the slow gastric motion rate and improving gastric electric rhythm
the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine Qingchen Mixture can regulate gastrointestinal hormone
