摘要

目的观察清热败毒合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的保护作用。方法168只小鼠随机分为清热败毒合剂大、中、小剂量组

阿莫西林组、六神丸组、模型组、正常对照组共7组

除正常对照组以外

其余各组小鼠腹腔注射金黄色葡萄球菌造成菌血症模型

观察各组小鼠死亡率并观察清热败毒合剂的体外抗菌作用。80只小鼠随机分为清热败毒合剂大剂量组、阿莫西林组、六神丸组、模型组、正常对照组5组

采用流式细胞仪观察小鼠外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞数量的变化。结果清热败毒合剂大剂量组、六神丸组与阿莫西林组、正常对照组小鼠的死亡率明显低于模型组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。清热败毒合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的细菌回收率小于70%。清热败毒合剂大剂量组CD3+表达明显高于模型组（P<0.05）

而CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+水平与模型组比较

差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。清热败毒合剂大剂量组CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+的表达分别与阿莫西林组、六神丸组、正常对照组比较

差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）

而其CD4+表达低于阿莫西林组、六神丸组、正常对照组（P<0.05）。阿莫西林组、六神丸组、正常对照组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+表达均明显高于模型组（P<0.05）

各组CD8+水平与模型组比较

差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论清热败毒合剂大剂量组对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠有一定的保护作用

其作用机制可能与清热败毒合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用以及提高免疫功能有关。

Abstract

Objective To observe the protection of Qingre Baidu（Clearing heat to detoxicate） Mixture on mice infected with Staphylococcus Aureus.Methods The 168 mice were randomized into Qingre Baidu Mixture large

medium and small dosage groups

Amoxicillin group

Liushen Pill group

Model group and Normal control group.Except the normal control group

other groups were injected intraperitoneally Staphylococcus Aureus to make bacteremia models in order to observe the mortality of mice and the antibacterial effect in vitro of the mixture.The flow cytometry was used to observe the quantitative changes of CD3+

CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood in Qingre Baidu Mixture large dosage group

roup of totally 80 mice.Results The mortality of Qingre Baidu Mixture large dosage group

Liushen Pill group A

roup

and N

roup was obviously lower than that of the model group（P

0.01）.The recovery rate of Qingre Baidu Mixture on Staphylococcus Aureus was less than 70%.CD3+ level of Qingre Baidu Mixtuer large-dosage group was obviously higher than that of the model control group（P

and the CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+ levels had no significant differences compared with the model control group （P

0.05）.The CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+ expression of Qingre Baidu Mixture large-dosage group had no significant difference with Liushen Pill group

0.05）;The CD4+ levels of Qingre Baidu Mixture large-dosage group were lower than Liushen Pill group

Amoxicillin group and normal control group（P

0.05）.The CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+ levels of Liushen Pill group

Amoxicillin group and normal control group were obviously higher than those of the model control group（P

and the CD8+ levels of Liushen Pill group

Amoxicillin group and normal control group had no obvious differences with thd model control group（P

0.05）.Conclusion Qingre Baidu Mixture has a protection function on mice infected by Staphylococcus Aureus and its mechanism may be related with the antibacterial function and improving immunity of Qingre Baidu Mixture.
