摘要

目的比较不同折算剂量桂枝汤对酵母致大鼠发热模型的影响。方法40只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、桂枝汤大剂量组（大剂量组）和桂枝汤小剂量组（小剂量组）

每组10只。观察酵母致发热模型大鼠不同时点体温的改变

检测血清白细胞介素-1（IL-1）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、血浆及下丘脑组织前列腺素E2（PGE2）的变化。结果大鼠颈背部皮下注射酵母4.5h体温明显升高（P<0.05）;6.5h模型组体温升高较桂枝汤大剂量组明显（P<0.05）;7.5h大、小剂量组较模型组体温下降（P<0.05）;8.5h大剂量组体温基本接近正常。模型组大鼠血清IL-1、TNF-α、血浆和下丘脑PGE2水平明显升高;大剂量组较小剂量组降低血清IL-1、TNF-α、血浆和下丘脑PGE2水平明显。结论按照"1两=13.8g"折算的桂枝汤

解热作用明显

其作用可能与降低血清IL-1、TNF-α、血浆和下丘脑PGE2有关。

Abstract

Objective To compare the pharmacologic effect of Guizhi Decoction with dosage of different convert criterion.Methods The 40 Wistar rats were randomized into blank group

model group

Guizhi Decoction large and small dosage groups

with 10 in each. The effect of Guizhi Decoction on the body temperature of rats with fever induced by yeast at different time points and the changes in concentration of interleukin-1 （IL-1） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in serum and prostaglandin E2 （PGE2） in plasma and hypothalamus were observed.Results The body temperature of rats with yeast injection through nape at the time point of 4.5h was significantly increased （P<0.05）; the body temperature of rats in the model group at the time point of 6.5h was increased more significantly than that in Guizhi Decoction large dosage group （P<0.05）; compared with the model group

the body temperature of rats in Guizhi Decoction large and small dosage groups decreased at the time point of 7.5h （P<0.05）; the body temperature of rats in Guizhi Decoction large dosage group was nearly normal at the time point of 8.5h. The concentration of IL-1 and TNF-α and PGE2 of rats in model group was significantly higher. The decrease of IL-1 and TNF-α and PGE2 of rats in Guizhi Decoction large dosage group was more significant than that in Guizhi Decoction small dosage group.Conclusion Guizhi Decoction at the convert criterion of 1Liang =13.8g has a significant effect of clearing heat. Its mechanism may be related to its function in decreasing IL-1 and TNF-α and PGE2.
