摘要

目的观察荆花胃康胶丸对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜表皮生长因子（EGF）、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）含量的影响。方法32只雄性Wistar大鼠

8只作为正常对照组

24只采用乙酸烧灼法在大鼠胃前壁造成溃疡模型

随机分为模型对照组、荆花胃康胶丸组、硫糖铝组

每组8只

分别连续给药10天。给药结束后

定量检测溃疡周围组织EGF和bFGF的含量。结果与正常对照组比较

模型对照组大鼠胃组织EGF及bFGF的含量明显增高（P<0.01）;与模型对照组比较

荆花胃康胶丸组大鼠胃组织EGF及bFGF的含量明显降低（P<0.05）;与正常对照组和硫糖铝组比较

荆花胃康胶丸组EGF及bFGF的含量差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论荆花胃康胶丸可能通过对胃黏膜组织EGF及bFGF含量的调控而促进损伤后黏膜的愈合

可能是其提高溃疡大鼠胃溃疡黏膜愈合程度的作用机制之一。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Jinhua Weikang Pill on epidermal growth factor（EGF） and basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF） of gastric mucosa in rats with gastric ulcers.Methods Of the 32 Wistar rats

8 as the normal control group

24 were made gastric ulcer model by dropping acetic acid on the surface of their gastric mucous and randomized into model control group

Jinhua Weikang Pill group

and sucralfate group

8 rats in each.The medication was given respectively for 10 days in succession.Then

the quantitative detection was done to see the changes of content of EGF and bFGF in the gastric mucous around the ulcers.Results Compared with the normal control group

EGF and bFGF content in model control was significantly higher（P<0.01）.Compared with the model control group

EGF and bFGF content in Jinhua Weikang Pill group decreased significantly（P<0.05）.Compared with the normal control group and sucralfate group

EGF and bFGF content in Jinhua Weikang Pill group was not different（P>0.05）.Conclusion Jinhua Weikang Pill promotes the healing of damaged mucosa through regulating the content of EGF and bFGF of gastric tissues

which is possibly part of the mechanism in healing the gastric mucosa.
