摘要

目的观察前后配穴法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将64例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行随机分为两组

治疗组34例采用前后配穴法

对照组30例采用常规取穴法。观察两组临床疗效和视觉模拟评分（VA S）与日本矫形外科学会腰椎疾患综合评分（JOA）改善情况。结果治疗组治疗后治愈率与愈显率均优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组的VA S评分与JOA评分均有显著改善（P<0.01）

且治疗组改善程度大于对照组（P<0.05）。结论前后配穴法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Abstract

Objective To observe effect of acupuncture with combination of front and back points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods The 64 LDH cases were randomized into the treatment group（34 cases） which was treated with the combination of front and back points and control group（30 cases） which was treated with the routine selection of points.The effect of two groups was compared to observe the Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） scores and the improvement in Japan Orthopedics Association（JOA） scores.Results After treatment the curative and remarkably effective rates in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The VAS and JOA scores of two groups were improved（P<0.01）

and the degree of in the improvement treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of acupuncture with the combination of front and back points was significant in the treatment of LDH.
