摘要

目的观察滋阴养血清热方治疗干燥综合征（pSS）的临床疗效。方法将64例女性pSS患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组31例

对照组口服硫酸羟氯喹片

治疗组在对照组治疗基础上温服中药滋阴养血清热方

3个月为1个疗程

1个疗程后比较两组临床疗效及两组患者治疗后症状积分、唾液分泌量、泪液流量及免疫炎性指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为87.88%

对照组总有效率为64.52%

两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗后症状总积分、唾液分泌量、泪液流量均较本组治疗前有显著改善（P<0.05）

且治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗后C反应蛋白（CRP）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M均较本组治疗前有显著改善（P<0.05）

且治疗组在降低CRP和ESR方面均较对照组有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论滋阴养血清热方联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗pSS较单纯使用硫酸羟氯喹片疗效更好。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Ziyin Yangxue Qingre Formula （Formula for enriching yin

nourishing blood and clearing heat） on primary Sjogren’s Syndrome （pSS）.Methods Totally 64 female pSS patients were randomized into a treating group （33 cases）

and a control group （31 cases）.The control group was administered Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablet.In addition

the treating group was prescribed Ziyin Yangxue Qingre Formula.Three-month treatment was as one course.After one course of treatment

the changes in symptom scores

salivation quantity

tear quantity

and immuno-infective indices were observed to compare the effect between both groups.Results The total effective rate of the treating group（87.88%） was significantly higher than that （64.52%） of the control group （P<0.05）.The total scores of symptoms

salivation quantity

and tear quantity of both groups were significantly improved

while the improvement in the treating group was more obvious than that in the control group （P<0.05）.In both groups

the C-reactive protein （CRP）

erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）

immunoglobulin G （IgG）

immunoglobulin A （IgA）

and immunoglobulin M （IgM） were significantly improved than those before treatment （P<0.05）.The decrease of CRP and ESR in the treating group was more significant than that in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion Ziyin Yangxue Qingre Formula used together with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablet is more effective on pSS than single use of the Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablet.
