摘要

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤影响血管新生的相关因素。方法将24只SD大鼠随机分成血府逐瘀汤高、中、低剂量组和空白对照组

分别检测各组大鼠血清中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、促红细胞生成素（EPO）、基质细胞衍生因子-1（SDF-1）、粒细胞集落刺激因子（G-CSF）、巨噬细胞粒细胞集落刺激因子（GM-CSF）和一氧化氮（NO）的含量

观察血府逐瘀汤对内皮祖细胞动员因素的影响。结果与空白对照组比较

血府逐瘀汤高剂量组对血清VEGF、血府逐瘀汤中剂量组对血清SDF-1和GM-CSF

3个药物剂量组对血清NO的水平均有显著提高（P<0.05或P<0.01）

但高、中剂量组均能降低血清G-CSF的含量（P<0.05）。结论血府逐瘀汤可通过提高VEGF、SDF-1、GM-CSF和NO的水平动员骨髓内皮祖细胞参与血管新生

动员途径呈现多样性和复杂性。

Abstract

Objective To study the related factors of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction（Decoction for removing blood stasis in chest）on angiogenesis.Methods Totally 24 SD rats were equally divided into Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction high

middle

low dosage group and a control group at random.Serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）

erythropoietin（EPO）

stromal-cell derived factor-1（SDF-1）

granulocytecolony stimulating factor（G-CSF）

granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulation factor（GM-CSF）

and netric oxide（NO）were determined to observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on mobilization of endothelial progenitor cells（EPC）.Results Compared to the control group

high dosage of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction could elevate serum level of VEGF;middle dosage of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction raised serum level of SDF-1 and GM-CSF;three dosage of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction raised serum level of NO respectively（P<0.05 or P<0.01）.High and middle dosage of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction lowered serum level of G-CSF significantly（P<0.05）.Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction could mobilize EPC to promote angiogenesis by elevating VEGF、SDF-1、GM-CSF and NO level.The mechanism of EPC mobilization was complicated and deversified.
