Objective To study the clinical effect of Wubei Xiaoyou Granules（Granules of Dark Plum and Fritillary Bulb for Verruca）on the Helicobacter pylori-related verrucous gastritis.Methods Totally 240 patients conformed to the inclusion criteria were randomized into treatment group and control group.The former was treated with Wubei Xiaoyou Granules

oral administration

one package each time

three times each day

for 4 weeks;while the latter was given Omeprazole tablets 20mg

twice each day

for 4 weeks

amoxicillin 1000mg

twice each day

and clarithromycin 500mg

twice each day

for 1 week.The improvement of symptoms

number of verrucous nodules and rate of HP transferring to negative were observed.Results There was no statistical significance between the treatment group and control group in the rate of HP transferring to negative（P>0.05）

but the treatment group was better than the control group in symptom improvement and reduction of number of verrucous nodules（P<0.01）.Conclusion Wubei Xiaoyou Granules is effective for the helicobacter pylori-related verrucous gastritis.
