摘要

目的探讨预先针灸关元穴对更年期早期机体异常的预防和治疗作用。方法以4月龄雌性SD大鼠为年轻对照组

将24只通过阴道涂片筛查的10月龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为4组

采用自然老化法制备大鼠更年期模型。观察12月龄自然更年期大鼠子宫雌激素受体α（ER-α）和热休克蛋白70（HSP-70）表达的变化及逆针灸对其的影响。结果自然更年期大鼠的子宫ER-α表达逐渐下降（P<0.01）

逆灸和逆针都可使大鼠子宫ER-α的表达水平明显提高（P<0.01）。自然更年期大鼠的子宫HSP-70表达波动升高（P<0.01）

逆灸和逆针都可使大鼠子宫HSP-70进一步升高（P<0.05）。结论 12月龄自然更年期大鼠的子宫表达的ER-α减少

逆针灸可以通过提高子宫ER-α水平和HSP-70表达

从而保护子宫功能。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of preventive acupuncture and moxibustion at Guanyuan（CV 4）on abnormal activity in early climacteric rats.Methods Using four-month-old female SD rats as young control group

the 24 ten-month-old SD female rats screened by vaginal smear were randomized into 4 groups.The climacteric models by natural aging were established.The changes of estrogen receptor（ER-α）and heat shock protein-70（HSP-70）expressions resulted from the effect of preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion were observed.Results The expression of ER-α decreased gradually in the uterus of natural climacteric rats（P<0.01）

both preventive acupuncture and moxibustion could increase it significantly（P<0.01）.The expression of HSP-70 increased unsteadily（P<0.01）

and preventive acupuncture and moxibustion could increase it further（P<0.05）.Conclusion The expression of ER-α in the uterus of 12-month-old natural climacteric rats decreased.Preventive acupuncture and moxibustion can protect the uterus function through increasing the expressions of ER-α and HSP-70.
