Analysis on Urine Metabolomics of Coronary Heart Disease Patients with the Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome
Objective To study on the uric metabolites of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with heart blood stasis syndrome in TCM and analyze comprehensively the metabolic pathway of heart blood stasis syndrome. Methods ①GC-MS was adopted to detect the uric metabolites of CHD patients with heart blood stasis syndrome
CHD patients without heart blood stasis syndrome
and healthy people. The principal component analysis(PCA)and partial least squares(PLS)analysis were done to study the changes of uric metabolites of different groups.②The metabolic pathway of heart blood stasis syndrome of CHD was analyzed comprehensively. Results ①PCA:The principal component scores of the three groups were distributed in three regions in the oval score graph respectively.Of the 19 uric metabolites
the contents of glycerol
oleamide
glucose
and acetone were increased and those of hippuric acid and xylitol were decreased.② PLS:The result of healthy people was far from those of CHD patients with and without heart blood stasis syndrome
the latter two groups tended to be of a same category. It could be seen from the standardized PLS coefficient graph that there was a positive correlation between heart blood stasis syndrome and the level of glycerol and oleamide and a negative correlation with the level of hippuric acid and xylitol.According to VIP value
all variables were arranged in an order of glucose
glycerol
xylitol
hippuric acid
oleamide
and acetone.③Variability:In the uric metabolites of CHD patients
the content of glucose
glycerol
oleamide
and acetone was increased
especially in those with heart blood stasis(P<0.01).Of them
there also existed a significant different in glycerol
oleamide and acetone of those CHD patients without heart blood stasis and healthy people(P<0.01).Adonitol and hippuric acid in the CHD patients with and without blood stasis syndrome were both decreased
especially in those with blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01).Conclusion ① The uric metabolites of CHD patients with heart blood stasis are glucose
glycerol
xylitol
hippuric acid
oleamide
and acetone.② From the uric metabolites
it is reflected that the metabolic pathway of heart blood stasis syndrome is related with the disorders of lipid metabolism and the stress
