摘要

目的探讨高血压病患者证候要素与白细胞介素6（IL-6）的关系。方法收集321例高血压病患者

采用证候要素判定方法进行证候调查

并检测患者血清IL-6的含量

运用回归分析探讨高血压病患者证候要素与IL-6水平的相关性。结果高血压病以瘀、火或热为主要的证候要素

出现频次分别为瘀178例占55.45%

火或热164例占51.09%;瘀与IL-6呈正相关性（P<0.01）。结论高血压病证候要素以瘀最常见

其形成可能与IL-6水平升高有关。

Abstract

Objective To study the correlation between the TCM syndrome elements and interleukin-6（IL-6） in hypertension patients.Methods Totally 321 hypertension patients collected were investigated with a method of syndrome element judgment and serum content of IL-6 was determined.The regression analysis was carried out to study the correlation between the TCM syndrome elements and IL-6.Results The main syndrome elements of hypertension were stasis（178 patients

55.45%） and fire or heat（164 patients

51.09%）.The stasis was in positive correlation with IL-6（P<0.01）.Conclusion Stasis is the most common syndrome element of hypertension and its formation is possibly correlated with the increase of IL-6 level.
