摘要

目的观察补土宣肺方对感冒后咳嗽的治疗效果。方法将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为中药组75例、结合组74例和对照组73例。中药组以补土宣肺方为基本方随症加减治疗

每日1剂。结合组在中药治疗的同时加用西药复方甲氧那敏

每次2粒

每日3次

对照组给予西药复方甲氧那敏

每次2粒

每日3次治疗

经3个疗程（21天）的治疗后观察3组患者的治疗效果及毒副反应。结果 3组患者咳嗽症状疗效:中药组的总有效为70例（占93.3%）

结合组为70例（占94.6%）

对照组为47例（占64.4%）。3组患者总体疗效:中药组总有效为71例（占94.7%）

结合组为71例（占96.0%）

对照组为47例（占64.4%）。中药组及结合组在控制咳嗽症状和总体疗效方面的总有效率均优于对照组（P<0.01）。中药组与结合组的总有效率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论补土宣肺方对感冒后咳嗽有良好的治疗作用。中西医结合治疗与单纯中药治疗的疗效相当。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Butu Xuanfei Formula（Herbal formula invigorating the spleen to benefit the lung）on the cough induced by common cold.Methods Patients up to diagnostic criteria were randomized into herbal group（75 cases）

integrated Chinese and western medicine group（74 cases）

and control group（73 cases）.The herbal group was treated with Butu Xuanfei Formula with modifications based on symptoms

one dosage a day.The integrated group was administered the western medicine

Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules

in addition to the same herbal treatment

2 capsules each time

three times a day.The control group was given compound methoxyphenamine capsules only.After 3 courses of treatment（21 days）

the therapeutic effect and side reactions of all 3 groups were observed for comparison.Results The effect on the symptom of cough of 3 groups:the effective rate of the herbal group was 93.3%（70/75）

that of the integrated group was 94.6%（70/74）

and that of the control group was 64.4%（47/73）.The overall effect of 3 groups:the total effective rate of the herbal group was 94.7%（71/75）

that of the integrated group was 96.0%（71/74）

and that of the control group was 64.4%（47/73）.The total effective rate of the herbal group and the integrated group in controlling the symptom of cough and overall effect was all higher than that of the control group（P<0.01）.There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the herbal group and integrated group（P>0.05）.Conclusion Butu Xuanfei Formula is effective for the cough induced by common cold.The integrated treatment is broadly similar with single herbal treatment in therapeutic effect.
