Preliminary Study on the Distribution of Fu-organ Excess Syndrome in the Initial State of Ischemic Stroke
Objective To explore the distribution law of Fu-organ excess syndrome in the initial state of ischemia stroke. Methods The records of 503 cases of ischemic stroke from November 2003 to May 2008 were collected.Based on these records
the Form of Distribution of Fu-organ excess Syndrome in the Starting State of Ischemia Stroke was filled in for syndrom diagnosis
and the distribution of Fu-organ excess syndrome was statistically calculated. Results The Fu-organ excess syndrome could appear in combination with either wind
fire
phlegm
stasis
qi deficiency
or yin deficiency exuberant yang
although the fire syndrome appeared most often
being 73.68%.The occurrence of Zangfu stroke combined with Fu-organ excess syndrome was 75.61%
higher than that of Jingluo(meridian) stroke(45.45%).The occurrence of lacunar circulation infarction(LACI) combined with Fu-organ excess syndrome was less than that of partial anterior circulation infarction(PACI) and posterior circulation infarction(POCI)(P<0.05).Conclusion Fu-organ excess syndrome can occur as an independent manifestation of initial stage of ischemic stroke. Those who in critical pathological condition are likely to have Fu-organ excess syndrome.
