摘要

目的观察辛开苦降法对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者的治疗作用。方法将80例慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例

治疗组予胃康宁颗粒口服

每次2g

每日3次;对照组予胃复春片口服

每次4片

每日3次

两组均治疗6个月。观察两组患者综合临床疗效、胃镜疗效及治疗前后病理表现。结果治疗组综合疗效总有效率为87.5%

对照组总有效率82.5%

两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组胃镜疗效总有效率为75.0%

对照组总有效率45.0%

两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗后胃黏膜炎症、萎缩、肠上皮化生均有明显改善（P<0.05）

异型增生无明显改善（P>0.05）。结论以辛开苦降立法的胃康宁颗粒能明显缓解慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者的临床症状

减轻胃黏膜炎症、萎缩和肠上皮化生。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of dispersion with pungent and purgation with bitter method on patients of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods Totally 80 patients of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomized into treatment group and control group with 40 in each.The treatment group received Weikangning granules for oral taking

each time 2g

3 times a day.While the control group received Weifuchun tablets for oral taking

each time 4 tablets

3 times a day.Both groups were treated for 6 months.Comprehensive effect

effect of endoscopic changes and pathological changes after treatment of both groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of integrate effect in the treatment group was 87.5% and that of the control group was 82.5%

the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The total effective rate of endoscopic changes in the treatment group was 75.0% and that of the control group was 45.0%

the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.After treatment

gastric inflammation

atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of the treatment group were significantly improved （P<0.05） and dysplasia was no significant improvement （P>0.05）.Conclusion Weikangning granule which is composed upon dispersion with pungent and purgation with bitter method is able to significantly relieve clinical symptoms and reduce gastric inflammation

atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of patients of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.
