摘要

目的观察中药离子导入联合骨刺贴治疗骨质增生症的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择54例骨质增生症患者

采用中药离子导入联合骨刺贴治疗

每日1次

10次为1个疗程

休息1周后继续下一个疗程

共3个疗程。于治疗后1、2、3个月观察疗效

并于治疗前后不同时间进行临床症状积分评定。结果治疗2、3个月后临床显效率、总有效率均优于治疗1个月后（P<0.01）;与治疗前比较

治疗后1、2、3个月患者症状体征总分的的均数、标准差、最小值及中位数均有统计学差异（P<0.01）。结论中药离子导入加骨刺贴局部敷贴在改善骨质增生症患者疼痛、肿胀、功能恢复程度等方面疗效确切

且安全性高。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect and safety of Chinese medicine iontophoresis plus Gucitie （Plaster for hyperosteogeny） in the treatment of hyperosteogeny.Methods Fifty-four hyperosteogeny cases were enrolled in this clinical research.They were treated with Chinese medicine iontophoresis plus Gucitie

once each day

10 times as one course

one week for rest before the next course started.Three treatment courses were completed.Therapeutic effect was observed at 1

2 and 3 months after treatment

and the symptom scores were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate and effective rate after 2-month and 3-month treatments were both higher than those after 1-month treatment （P<0.01）.Compared with before treatment

there was statistical difference in total scores of symptoms and signs （P<0.01）.ConclusionChinese medicine iontophoresis plus Gucitie is effective and safe in improving the symptoms such as pain

swelling

and function restoring of the hyperosteogeny patients.
