The Inventory and Its Reliability and Validity of Patient-Reported Outcome Scale for Lumbar Disc Protrusion
Objective To formulate the patient-reported outcome(PRO) scale for lumbar disc protrusion(LDP) and analyze its reliability and validity. Methods The subjective symptom questionnaire was formulated and the reliability and validity of 100 questionnaires were analyzed by Cronbach’s α
split-α and principal constituent factor analysis. Results The total Cronbach’s α and split-α of the scale was 0.871 and 0.823 respectively. The value of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(KMO) and Bartlett test of sphericity was 0.805 and 918.917 respectively.According to factor analysis
the accumulative contribution rate of four common factors those eigenvalue exceeded 1 was 66.476%.Conclusion The PRO scalefor LDP has a higher reliability and validity.
