摘要

目的初步评价中医辨证治疗、中医辨证治疗加穴位贴敷、西药常规治疗对支气管哮喘（哮喘）轻中度发作患者肺功能指标中用力肺活量（FVC）、一秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、一秒率（FEV1/FVC）、峰值流速（PEF）的影响。方法将364例轻中度发作期哮喘患者随机分为3组

辨证治疗组辨证给予口服中药颗粒剂

综合治疗组在辨证治疗组基础上加用中药穴位贴敷

西药组给予口服舒弗美

疗程均为10天。观察患者治疗前后肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF。结果辨证治疗组治疗前后FEV1/FVC、FVC、FEV1、PEF比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。综合治疗组治疗前后FEV1/FVC、PEF比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。西药组治疗前后FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后各组肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论中药辨证治疗能够有效改善支气管哮喘患者肺功能FEV1/FVC、FVC、FEV1、PEF

达到控制哮喘发作的目的

中医辨证治疗加穴位贴敷

在改善肺功能指标上疗效较辨证治疗及西药常规治疗稍差。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medication according to syndrome identification

Chinese medication according to syndrome identification combined with acupoint application and conventional western medicine treatment on forced vital capacity（FVC）

forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1）

FEV1/FVC and peak expiratory flow（PEF）in mild to moderate bronchial asthma patients with acute exacerbation.Methods Totally 364mild to moderate bronchial asthma patients with acute exacerbation were randomized into 3groups.The Chinese medication group was given oral Chinese medicine granules and the combo therapy group was added acupoint application.The western medication group was given Theophylline orally.The treatment course lasted for 10days.FVC

FEV1

FEV1/FVC and PEF were observed before and after treatment.Results There were significant differences in FEV1/FVC

FEV1and PEF between before and after treatment in the Chinese medication group（P<0.05）.There was significant difference in FEV1/FVC and PEF between before and after treatment in the combo therapy group（P<0.05）.There were significant differences in FEV1/FVC

FVC and PEF between before and after treatment in the western medication group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medication according to syndrome identification could control asthma through improving FEV1/FVC

FVC

FEV1and PEF obviously.The effect of Chinese medication according to syndrome identification combined with acupoint application in improving pulmonary function indicators is poorer than those of Chinese medication according to syndrome identification and western medication.
