摘要

目的采用癌性疲乏量表（CFS）观察健脾益气化痰方结合辨证方药对肺癌化疗患者癌性疲乏的疗效。方法将63例肺癌将行化疗患者随机分为中药干预组（32例）和空白对照组（31例）。两组均按照既定化疗方案施行化疗

中药干预组在化疗第1天开始服用健脾益气化痰方并结合辨证中药治疗

连服2周。观察两组患者化疗前、化疗第3天、化疗第14天CFS各维度、总分评分及红细胞、血红蛋白、白细胞、中性粒细胞绝对值。结果化疗后第14天

中药干预组CFS各维度及总分均较本组化疗前及化疗后第3天下降（P<0.05或P<0.01）;空白对照组情感维度、躯体维度及总分较化疗前增加

但较化疗后第3天下降

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。化疗后第14天中药干预组患者CFS各维度及总分均低于空白对照组（P<0.05）。两组患者化疗后第14天及空白对照组化疗后第3天红细胞、血红蛋白均较本组化疗前减少（P<0.05）;两组患者化疗前后白细胞、中性粒细胞绝对值比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;两组患者各理化指标各时间点比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论健脾益气化痰方结合辨证中药能改善肺癌化疗患者癌性疲乏症状

减少化疗毒副反应。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Spleen-fortifying Qi-boosting Phlegm-transforming Formula on lung cancer related fatigue with Cancer Fatigue Scale（CFS）.Methods Sixty three cases of lung cancer were randomized into Chinese medication intervention group of 32cases and blank control group of 31cases.Both groups were given chemotherapy.The Chinese medication group was given Modified Spleen-fortifying Qi-boosting Phlegm-transforming Formula from the 1st day of the chemotherapy for 2weeks.The dimensions of CFS

total score and the absolute counts of red blood cells（RBC）

hemoglobin

white blood cells（WBC）and neutrophils were observed before and after chemotherapy.Results The dimensions of CFS and total scores significantly decreased on the 14th day of chemotherapy as compared with before chemotherapy and the 3rd day of chemotherapy（P<0.05or P<0.01）in the Chinese Medication group.The emotion dimension

body dimension and total score significantly increased in the blank control group as compared with before chemotherapy

but significantly decreased as compared with the 3rd day of chemotherapy（P<0.05or P<0.01）.On the 14th day of chemotherapy

the dimensions of CFS and total score in the Chinese medication group were lower than those in the blank control group（P< 0.05）.RBC and hemoglobin decreased on the 14th day of chemotherapy in both groups and on the 3rd day of chemotherapy in the blank control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between before and after chemotherapy in the absolute counts of WBC and neutrophils in both groups（P>0.05）.There was no significant difference between groups in various physical and chemical indicators at each time point（P>0.05）.Conclusion Modified Spleen-fortifying Qi-boosting Phlegm-transforming Formula for lung cancer could relieve fatigue in lung cancer patients undertaking chemotherapy and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
