with 8 articles（9.7%） of multi-center study

67 articles（82.0%） with clear diagnostic criteria

37 articles（45.1%） adopted bureau-level standards inclusion criteria

73 articles（89.0%） with efficacy criteria

64 articles（78.0%） with balanced comparison between groups

8 articles（9.8%） with proper randomized controlled method

8 articles（9.8%） with proper blinded method

0 article with description in compliance testing of subjects

5 articles（6.1%） with follow-up record

2 articles（2.4%） with loss of follow-up record

58 articles（70.7%） with clear statistical methods but without posteriori statistical analysis and 72 articles（87.8%） recorded adverse reactions and safety.Conclusion TCM therapy for CHD is lack of multi-center study

with cross-mix of diagnosis criteria and efficacy assessment and low quality of the research program.
