摘要

目的初步探讨抑郁症患者阴阳五态人格特征对睡眠的影响。方法纳入抑郁症组患者88例及健康对照组30例

采用中医五态人格量表评价抑郁症患者阴阳五态人格特征

运用多导睡眠图获得两组受试者睡眠结构、睡眠进程以及快动眼睡眠各参数

并采用相关分析评价两者关系。结果抑郁症患者太阴维度得分与入睡潜伏期、快动眼睡眠密度呈正相关（P<0.01）;少阴维度得分与2期睡眠时间及其百分比呈正相关（P<0.05）;阴阳和平维度与睡眠效率呈正相关（P<0.05）

与觉醒次数、1期睡眠百分比呈负相关（P<0.05）。结论抑郁症患者阴阳五态人格特征与睡眠质量之间存在相关性。

Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between five-pattern personality and polysomnography of depression.Methods Totally 88depression patients and 30healthy controls were included.The five-pattern personality scales and polysomnography were used to evaluate the five-pattern personality and observe the sleep architecture

sleep process and rapid eye movement（REM）sleep.The correlation was analyzed.Results Scores of Taiyin dimension was positively correlated with sleep latency and REM density（P<0.01）.Scores of Shaoyin dimension was positively correlated with stage 2sleep time and its percentage（P<0.05）.The harmonization of Yinyang was positively correlated with sleep efficiency

but was negatively correlated with number of wakes and stage 1sleep percentage.Conclusion Five pattern personalities are correlated with sleep quality.
