摘要

目的观察参附芎泽胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的临床疗效。方法将120例CHF患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。两组均采用规范的西医内科基础治疗方案

治疗组给予参附芎泽胶囊

对照组给予参附芎泽胶囊安慰剂

两组均每次1.2g

每日3次

治疗6个月。观察两组患者治疗前后血浆脑利钠肽（BNP）、心功能分级、6分钟步行试验、中医证候积分和明尼苏达生活质量评分。结果与治疗前比较

两组患者治疗后BNP、心功能分级、6分钟步行试验、中医证候积分、明尼苏达生活质量评分均有改善（P<0.05或P<0.01）;治疗后各指标治疗组较对照组改善程度更为显著（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论参附芎泽胶囊治疗CHF具有一定的临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenfu Xiongze Capsule[capsule of Renshen（Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng）

Fuzi（Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata）

Chuanxiong（Rhizoma Chuanxiong）and Zexie（Rhizoma Alismatis）] on chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods Totally 120CHF patients were randomized into treatment group and control group

with 60in each.Both groups were given ordinary basic treatment.Additionally

the treatment group was given Shenfu Xiongze Capsule and the control group was given placebo

1.2g once

3times each day.The treatment lasted for 6months.The plasma brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）

cardiac function classification

six-minute walk test（6MWT）

Chinese medicine syndrome integral and Minnesota quality of life scale were observed.Results The BNP

Chinese medicine syndrome integral and Minnesota quality of life scores were significantly improved in both groups after treatment（P< 0.05or P<0.01）

especially in the treatment group（P<0.05or P<0.01）.Conlcusion Shenfu Xiongze Capsule is effective for CHF.
