摘要

目的通过检索获取数据库中病毒性心肌炎中医文献信息

总结病毒性心肌炎中医用药规律。方法检索中国学术期刊网络出版总库、中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库、中国博士学位论文全文数据库、中国重要会议论文全文数据库、中国重要报纸全文数据库、中国年鉴网络出版总库、中国专利数据库、国际会议论文全文数据库所收录的病毒性心肌炎中医文献

建立病毒性心肌炎中医文献数据库;并以《中药学》所涵盖的中药为检索词

对文献数据库进行检索及统计分析。结果共纳入文献6853篇

涉及用药269味

共69853次。其中药物频次超过300次的有45味

共65009次

占总频次的93.07%;使用频率较高的45味中药主要为补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热药、解表药、化痰药、安神药、温里药。结论病毒性心肌炎用药主要以益气养阴、清热解毒、活血化瘀、燥湿化痰为主。

Abstract

Objective To summarize Chinese medicinal law for viral myocarditis by searching Chinese medicine literature on viral myocarditis in database.Methods Chinese medicine literature on viral myocarditis was searched in China National Knowledge Internet

China Excellent Postgraduate and Doctoral Thesis Full-Text Database

China Important Conference Papers Full-Text Database

China Major Newspapers Full-Text Database

Chinese Yearbook Database

China Patent Database and International Conference Papers Full-Text Database. The database of Chinese medicine literature on viral myocarditis was established. The medicinal recorded in Chinese Pharmacy Textbook was chosen as search term and the database was searched and analyzed.Results Totally 6853 articles were included. There were 269 medicinals and 69853 frequencies involved. There were 45 medicinals of more than 300 frequencies

a total of 65009 frequencies and accounting for 93.07% of the total frequency. The 45 frequent medicinals were deficiency-supplementing medicinal

blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicinal

heat-clearing medicinal

exterior-resolving medicinal

phlegm-transforming medicinal

spirit-quieting medicinal and interior-warming medicinal.Conclusion The commonly used Chinese medicinals for vital myocarditis are qi-boosting yin-nourishing medicinal

heat-clearing toxin-resolving medicinal

blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicinal and dampness-drying phlegm-transforming medicinal.
