摘要

目的探讨手足口病普通型的中医证候特点及金线莲口服液联合金线莲喷雾剂的疗效。方法收集210例手足口病普通型患儿的症状、体征、舌象、脉象等资料

并随机分为中医组90例、西医组60例、中西医组60例

中医组应用复方金线莲口服液联合金线莲喷雾剂治疗

西医组予利巴韦林颗粒、重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂及对症治疗。中西医组采用复方金线莲口服液联合西医组（干扰素喷雾剂改为金线莲喷雾剂）治疗。观察210例患儿临床症状特点、中医证候特点及各组患儿的临床疗效。结果 210例患儿中

102例出现不同程度发热

210例患儿均有皮疹

以皮疹为首发症状者179例

200例出现口腔黏膜病变;210例患儿中热毒犯肺证121例占57.6%

肺脾湿热证89例占42.4%;中西医组入组后退热时间明显短于中医组和西医组（P<0.05）

中医组皮疹消退时间、口腔黏膜病变好转时间、总病程均明显少于西医组和中西医组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论手足口病普通型的中医病机为热毒夹湿

以热毒为主

复方金线莲口服液联合金线莲喷雾剂治疗在改善临床症状方面有较好疗效。

Abstract

Objective To research characteristics of Chinese medicine syndrome of common type hand-foot-and-mouth disease（HFMD）and to evaluate the effect of Compound Anoectochilus Oral Solution and Anoectochilus Aerosol Sprays.Methods Totally 210children with HFMD were randomized into the Chinese medication group

western medication group and integrative medication group

ribavirin particles and symptomatic treatment.The characteristics of symptoms and Chinese syndrome were observed and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results There were 102cases of fever

210cases of rash and 200cases of oral mucosal lesions.The initial symptom was rash in 179patients.There were 121cases（57.6%）of heat toxin invading the lung syndrome and 89cases（42.4%）of lung-spleen damp heat syndrome.The fever clearance time in the integrative medication group was significantly shorter than that in other groups（P<0.05）.The deflorescence time

improved time of oral mucosal lesions and the total duration in the Chinese medication group was significantly shorter than that in other groups（P<0.05or P<0.01）.Conclusion The common Chinese medicine pathogenesis of HFMD is heat toxin with dampness and mainly heat toxin.The combo therapy of Compound Anoectochilus Oral Solution and Anoectochilus Aerosol Sprays can obviously relieve clinical symptoms.
