摘要

目的观察速效救心丸联合早期经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将90例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例

冠状动脉造影后行早期PCI术

术前对照组给予常规西药

治疗组给予速效救心丸

每次15粒

每日3次。两组疗程均为30天。于治疗前后对两组患者的生活质量进行评分

检测血浆C反应蛋白（CRP）水平

并判定中医证候疗效及心电图疗效。结果两组患者治疗后生活质量评分均较治疗前明显升高（P<0.01）

治疗后治疗组较对照组生活质量评分明显升高（P<0.05或P<0.01）。治疗后两组CRP水平明显降低（P<0.01）

治疗组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为91.12%

对照组为68.89%

治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组心电图疗效总有效率为86.67%

对照组为68.89%

治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论速效救心丸联合早期PCI治疗不稳定型心绞痛可以明显提高患者的生活质量

提高临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Suxiao Jiuxin Pill（Quick Heart-Saving Pill）combined with early percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）on unstable angina（UA）patients.Methods Ninety cases of unstable angina were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 45in each.Early PCI was undergone after coronary angiography.Before PCI

the control group was given routine western medication.The treatment group was given Suxiao Jiuxin Pill

15pills once

three times daily.The treatment course lasted for 30days.The quality of life（QOL）

C-reactive protein（CRP）level

TCM pattern efficacy and electrocardiogram（ECG）efficacy were observed after treatment.Results The body activity limitation

angina stability

angina frequency

treatment satisfaction and disease awareness were significantly improved in both groups after treatment（P<0.01）

especially in the treatment group（P<0.05or P<0.01）.The CRP levels in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment（P<0.01）

especially in the treatment group（P<0.01）.The total TCM pattern efficacy of the treatment group and control group was 91.12%and 68.89%respectively

with significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.The total ECG efficacy of the treatment group and control group was 86.67%and 68.89%respectively

with significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion Suxiao Jiuxin Pill combined with early PCI can obviously improve QOL and relieve the symptoms for UA patients.
