摘要

目的评价紫丹颗粒对过敏性紫癜（HSP）患儿肾损害的临床疗效。方法将246例HSP患儿随机分为治疗组124例和对照组122例

治疗组给予基础治疗+紫丹颗粒

对照组给予基础治疗+紫丹颗粒安慰剂

疗程均为4周。随访1年观察两组患儿尿常规、尿β2微球蛋白及尿微量白蛋白判定肾损害发生情况

同时观察疾病疗效及中医证候疗效。结果治疗组发生肾损害8例（6.45%）

对照组为19例（15.57%）

两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）

治疗组少于对照组。两组患儿疾病疗效的比较:治疗组临床痊愈109例占87.90%

有效15例占12.10%

无效0例;对照组临床痊愈102例占83.61%

有效20例占16.39%

无效0例

两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患儿中医证候疗效的比较:治疗组临床痊愈111例占89.52%

显效8例占6.45%

有效5例占4.03%

无效0例;对照组临床痊愈103例占84.43%

显效13例占10.66%

有效6例占4.91%

无效0例

两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论紫丹颗粒能够减少HSP患儿肾损害的发生。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Zidan Granules [granules of Zicao（Radix Arnebiae） and Mudanpi（Cortex Moutan）] for kidney damage in children with allergic purpura（AP）.Methods Totally 246 children with AP were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 124 and 122 in each.The treatment group was given basic treatment and Zidan Granules.The control group was given basic treatment and Zidan Granules placebo.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The urine routine

urinary β2 microglobulin

urinary microalbumin and the efficacy of disease and TCM patterns were observed in both groups.Results There were 8 cases（6.45%） and 19 cases（15.57%） occurred kidney damage in the treatment group and control group respectively

with a significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between groups in the efficacy of disease and TCM patterns（P>0.05）.The efficacy of disease showed that there were 109 cases（87.90%） cured

15 cases（12.10%） effective and 0 ineffective in the treatment group and there were 102 cases（83.61%） cured

20 cases（16.39%） effective and 0 ineffective in the control group.The efficacy of TCM patterns showed that there were 111 cases（89.52%） cured

8 cases（6.45%） markedly effective

5 cases（4.03%） effective and 0 ineffective in the treatment group and there were 103 cases（84.43%） cured

13 cases（10.66%） markedly effective

6 cases（4.91%） effective and 0 ineffective in the control group.Conclusion Zidan Granules can reduce the occurrence of kidney damage in children with AP.
