摘要

目的观察补肾壮骨方内服联合寒痹外用方在强直性脊柱炎（AS）治疗中的临床疗效及安全性。方法 216例AS患者随机分为治疗组101例（脱落7例）和对照组103例（脱落5例）。治疗组给予中药补肾壮骨方口服+寒痹外用方治疗

对照组仅给予中药补肾壮骨方口服

两组疗程均为8周。观察两组患者治疗前后AS功能指数（BASFI）、AS疾病活动指数（BASDAI）、脊柱痛、中医证候评分、指地距、胸廓活动度、脊柱活动度、Schober试验、血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）

以AS疗效评价标准20反应（ASAS20）进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗后两组患者的BASFI、BASDAI、脊柱痛、中医证候评分、指地距、胸廓活动度、脊柱活动度、Schober试验、ESR、CRP均较治疗前好转（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗后BASFI、中医证候评分、指地距、Schober试验及脊柱活动度较对照组有明显改善（P<0.05或P<0.01）。治疗组治疗后达到ASAS20有效标准者89例占88.12%

对照组为73例占70.87%

治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论补肾壮骨方内服联合寒痹外用方治疗AS疗效优于单纯口服补肾壮骨方

能改善AS患者的症状、体征、中医证候评分等。

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of external use of Cold-Bi Formula and internal therapy of Bushen Zhuanggu Formula [Kidney-Supplementing Bone-Strengthening Formula（KSBSF） ] for ankylosing spondylitis（AS）.Methods Totally 216 cases of AS were randomized into the treatment group（101 cases

5 dropping）.The treatment group was given KSBSF orally and externally applied Cold-Bi Formula topically.The control group was given KSBSF orally.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index（BASFI）

with a significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of external and internal therapy of TCM for AS is superior to that of purely internal therapy of TCM.It can relieve the symptoms and signs and improve the TCM patterns score of AS patients.
