摘要

目的探讨支气管哮喘患者腧穴病理反应特点及不同证候患者的腧穴温度变化规律。方法 81例哮喘患者分为寒证组45例、热证组36例

另选40名健康人作为对照组

应用ATIM-M301医用红外热成像仪对受试者进行检测

在采集到的红外热像图上

记录肺经腧穴（中府、尺泽、孔最、列缺）、大肠经腧穴（天枢、曲池、偏历、合谷）、督脉的印堂穴的温度值

比较分析各组受试者左右两侧同一穴位的皮肤温度。结果对照组各穴位左右差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）

寒证组中府、尺泽、孔最、列缺、曲池、偏历、合谷穴左右两侧温度值比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）

热证组中府、尺泽、孔最、列缺、曲池、合谷穴左右两侧温度值比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）。寒证组中孔最、合谷的平均温度值较对照组低

尺泽、曲池平均温度较对照组高（P<0.05或P<0.01）。热证组中府、尺泽、孔最、列缺、天枢、曲池、偏历、合谷平均温度值均较对照组高（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论支气管哮喘患者肺经与大肠经的部分腧穴呈现左右失衡现象

热证患者其肺与大肠经相关腧穴皮肤温度值显著高于健康人。

Abstract

Objective To study the pathological response characteristics of channel points in patients with bronchial asthma（BA）and the temperature changes of channel points in patients with different patterns.Methods Totally 81BA patients were classified into the cold pattern group and heat pattern group

with 45and 36in each.Forty healthy persons were chosen as the control group.ATIM-M301medical infrared thermal imager was used to collect the infrared thermal images.The temperature values of Zhongfu（LU1）

Chize（LU5）

Kongzui（LU6）and Lieque（LU7）in Lung Channel

Tianshu（ST25）

Quchi（LI11）

Pianli（LI3）and Hegu（LI4）in Large Intestine Channel and Yintang（EX-HN3）in Du Channel were recorded.The skin temperature of the same point on the left and right side was compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between the skin temperature of the same point on the left and right side in the control group（P>0.05）.There was significant differences between the skin temperature of Zhongfu

Pianli and Hegu on the left and right side in the cold pattern group（P<0.01）.There was significant differences between the skin temperature of Zhongfu

the average temperatures of Kongzui and Hegu were significantly lower but the average temperatures of Chize and Quchi were significantly higher in the cold pattern group（P<0.05or P<0.01）.Comparing with the control group

Pianli and Hegu were significantly higher in the heat pattern group（P<0.05or P<0.01）.Conclusion Most points in Lung Channel and Large Intestine Channel of BA patients show imbalance on the left and right side.The skin temperature values of lung-large intestine related channel points in BA patients with heat pattern are obviously higher than those in the healthy persons.
