摘要

目的观察健脾益气化痰方治疗急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术（PCI）术后患者的临床疗效。方法 100例脾虚痰浊内阻证急性心肌梗死患者行急诊PCI手术后随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例

对照组给予常规标准化治疗1年

治疗组给予常规标准化治疗+健脾益气化痰方（术后加服3个月）治疗。手术后6个月观察患者心绞痛疗效

术前及术后3个月、6个月检测左室舒张末期内径（LVDd）、左室舒张末期内径之差（ΔLVDd）、左室射血分数（LVEF）和左室射血分数之差（ΔLVEF）的变化。结果治疗组和对照组心绞痛疗效总有效率分别为96.00%、90.00%

差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患者术后3个月、6个月与本组术前LVEF、LVDd比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者术后3个月、6个月LVEF、ΔLVEF组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组术后6个月的LVDd、ΔLVDd明显低于同时间点的对照组（P<0.05）。结论健脾益气化痰方具有改善急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后心功能及抗左室重构的作用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yiqi Huatan Formula（formula to fortify the spleen

boost qi and transform phlegm） for acute myocardial infarction（AMI）patients after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods One hundred AMI patients with spleen-deficiency phlegm turbidity-obstruction pattern after PCI were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 50 in each.Both groups were given the conventional standardized treatment for one year.The treatment group was added with Jianpi Yiqi Huatan Formula for another 3 months after PCI.The therapeutic effect for angina pectoris was observed 6 months after PCI.The left ventricular diastolic diameter（LVDd）

left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and ΔLVEF were observed before PCI and 3 months and 6 months after PCI.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 96.00% and 90.00% respectively

with no significant difference between groups（P>0.05）.Comparing with the pre-operation

LVEF and LVDd were significantly increased in both groups 3months and 6 months after PCI（P<0.05）.There were significant differences between groups in LVEF and ΔLVEF 3 months and 6 months after PCI（P<0.05）.The LVDd and ΔLVDd in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group 6 months after PCI（P<0.05）.Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Huatan Formula can improve the cardiac function of AMI patients after PCI with an anti-left ventricular remodeling effect.
