摘要

目的观察乳岩汤联合化疗治疗Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法将70例Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例

两组均给予CMF化疗及对症治疗

治疗组同时给予乳岩汤口服

每日1剂

3个月为1个疗程

治疗4个疗程后观察临床疗效

并比较治疗前后瘤体大小及平均生存时间。结果两组患者治疗后瘤体体积均较治疗前明显缩小（P<0.01）

并且治疗后治疗组瘤体体积较对照组治疗后缩小更明显（P<0.05）。治疗组平均生存时间为19.0个月

明显长于对照组的9.13个月（P<0.05）。治疗组临床疗效总有效率为77.1%

对照组为48.6%

两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论乳岩汤联合化疗治疗Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者可缩小瘤体、延长生存时间

提高临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Ruyan Decoction（decoction for breast cancer）for stage Ⅳ breast cancer.Methods Seventy cases of stage Ⅳ breast cancer were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 35 in each.Both groups were given CMF（cyclophosphamide

methotrexate and fluorouracil 5FU）chemotherapy and symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was added with Ruyan Decoction one dose daily.One treatment course lasted for 3 months.The therapeutic effect was observed and the tumor size and survival time was compared after 4 courses of treatment.Results The tumor were significantly shrunk in both groups after treatment（P<0.01）

especially in the treatment group（P<0.01）.The average survival time in the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 77.1% and 48.5% respectively

with a significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion Ruyan Decoction is effective for stageⅣ breast cancer and it can reduce the tumor size

relieve symptoms and prolong the survival time.
