摘要

介绍裘昌林教授运用中西医结合方法治疗帕金森病（PD）经验及PD中医病名、发病机制、辨证论治的一般规律。裘昌林主张PD中医分期治疗

寻找合理的切入点

提出临床上肝肾阴虚最为多见

故治疗以滋阴为主治其本

熄风为辅治其标

自拟滋阴熄风汤随症加减

同时善用虫类药及心理疏导。

Abstract

QIU Changlin’s experience in treating Parkinson’s disease（ PD） with integrative medicine was introduced in this article. The traditional Chinese medicine concepts

pathogenesis

and pattern differentiation of PD were introduced as well. OIU Changlin advocates stage treatment

proposes yin-nourishing wind-extinguishing therapy as liver-kidney yin deficiency pattern is commonly seen in PD

formulates Self-Made Ziyin Xifeng Decoction（ yinnourishing wind-extinguishing decoction） and uses insect drugs and psychological counseling skillfully.
