Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Osteonecrosis Healing Capsules for postoperative patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Totally 87 cases of femoral neck fracture were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 55 and 32 in each. All patients were underwent percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation surgery. The control group was given routine western medicine after surgery. The treatment group was added with Osteonecrosis Healing Capsules from the 3rd day after surgery. The patients in the treatment group orally took 5 capsules once and three times daily for one consecutive month and twice daily for 6 months.
