摘要

目的探讨化浊解毒和胃方防治慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）癌前病变的作用机制。方法 259例CAG癌前病变患者随机分为治疗组137例和对照组122例

治疗组给予化浊解毒和胃方口服

随症加减

每日1剂

对照组给予胃复春片口服

每次4片

每天3次

两组均3个月为1个疗程

共治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后胃镜下表现、病理及幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染情况

并检测胃液pH值、游离酸、胃蛋白酶、黏液值及胆汁酸值。结果治疗组治疗后胃镜及病理改善率优于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）;治疗组Hp转阴率为89.6%

对照组为63.1%

两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。两组治疗后胃液pH值、游离酸、胃蛋白酶、黏液值及胆汁酸含量与本组治疗前比较

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）

并且治疗组治疗后优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论化浊解毒和胃方能够改善CAG癌前病变患者胃镜下表现及病理表现

根除Hp

恢复胃酸分泌功能。

Abstract

Objective To research the mechanism of Turbid-Transforming Toxicity-Relieving Stomach-Regulating Formula（TTSF）on Precancerous lesions associated with chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）.Methods Totally 259 cases of precancerous lesions associated with CAG were randomized into the treatment group of 137 cases and control group of 122 cases.The treatment group was given TTSF one dose daily.The control group was given Weifuchun Tablets three times daily.One treatment course lasted for 3 months and both groups were treated for 2 treatment courses.The performance under endoscopy

pathology and Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection was observed before and after treatment.The gastric pH value

free acid

pepsin

mucus value and bile acid value was detected.Results The improvement rates of endoscopy and pathology in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group（P < 0.05 or P < 0.01）.The negative rate of Hp in the treatment group and control group was 89.6% and 63.1% respectively

with a significant difference between groups（P < 0.01）.There was a significant difference between before and after treatment in the pH value

free acid

pepsin

mucus value and bile acid value in both groups（P < 0.05）

especially in the treatment group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion TTSF can improve the performance of endoscopy and pathology

eradicate Hp and recover the secretion of gastric acid.
