摘要

目的通过分析小柴胡汤医案

探讨"但见一证"的意义。方法采用数据挖掘技术

收集古今医案专著、临床经验专著及期刊杂志中的小柴胡汤治疗的医案

进行药名规范和主症规范后建立资料库

运用频数分析方法统计常见主症以及主症独见及二症并见情况。结果共纳入分析147则医案

其中口苦、不欲饮食、呕恶、往来寒热、咽干、目眩、胸胁苦满、心烦位列前八位;上述主症中"但见一证"即使用小柴胡汤者

只有寒热往来、胸胁苦满、不欲饮食、心烦喜呕四症有医案记载。结论口苦、咽干、目眩、往来寒热、胸胁苦满、不欲饮食、心烦喜呕七症具有诊断小柴胡汤证的指标意义

"但见一证"指往来寒热、胸胁苦满、心烦喜呕、不欲饮食四者之一。

Abstract

Objective To research the meaning of ‘only one symptom’according to Xiaochaihu Decoction（小柴胡汤）cases.Methods The data was processed with data mining and frequency analysis.Results Totally 147 medical cases were included.The top 8 main symptoms were bitter mouth

loss of appetite

nausea

cold and heat exchanges

dry throat

dizziness

chest pain full and upset.Only four main symptoms such as cold and heat exchanges

chest pain full

loss of appetite and upset had medical cases.Conclusion Seven symptoms have diagnostic significance in Xiaochaihu Decoction（小柴胡汤）pattern such as bitter mouth

dry throat

dizziness

cold and heat exchanges

chest pain full

loss of appetite and upset.’But see a pattern’ means one of the four symptoms such as cold and heat exchanges

chest pain full

upset and loss of appetite.
