摘要

目的观察中医综合治疗方案对糖尿病肾病（DN）患者生存质量的影响

并探讨生存质量与中医证候之间的相关性。方法 319例DN患者随机分为试验组159例和对照组160例。两组患者均给予基础治疗

试验组加用中医辨证口服止消通脉宁颗粒、止消温肾宁颗粒、止消保肾宁颗粒;对照组加用厄贝沙坦片及与以上中药颗粒剂外观一致的安慰剂

两组均治疗3个月。于治疗前后采用糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表（DQOL）和中医证候积分量表评分

并分析试验组患者生存质量与中医证候的相关性。结果试验组治疗后DQOL评分中生理功能、心理/精神、治疗对患者的影响、总分与治疗前比较

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组治疗后DQOL评分总分的组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组生理功能、心理/精神、总分治疗前后差值与对照组比较

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前试验组DQOL评分与中医证候积分存在一定相关性（P<0.05或P<0.01）

治疗后证候总分的变化与DQOL总分变化之间存在较强的相关性（r=0.266）。结论中医药综合治疗方案可显著提高DN患者生存质量

且患者生存质量变化和中医证候变化存在一定的相关性。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of TCM comprehensive treatment program on quality of life（ QOL） in patients with diabetic nephropathy（ DN） and its correlation with TCM patterns. Methods Totally 319 cases of DN were randomized into the experimental group and control group

with 159 and 160 in each. Both groups were given basic treatment. The experimental group was added with Zhixiao Tongmaining Granules

Zhixiao Wenshenning Granules and Zhixiao Baoshenning Granules based on pattern identification. The control group was added with Irbesartan Tablets and placebo. The treatment lasted for 3 months. The Diabetes-Specific Quality-of-Life Scale（ DQOL） and TCM Pattern Scale were used to analyze the QOL of patients and its correlation with TCM patterns in the experimental group. Results The physiological function score

psychological（ spiritual） score

therapeutic implication score and total score of DQOL in the experimental group were significantly improved after treatment（ P < 0. 05）. There was a significant difference between groups in the total score of DQOL after treatment（ P < 0. 05）. There were significant differences between groups in the physiological function score

psychological（ spiritual） score and total score of DQOL（ P < 0. 05）. There was a certain correlation between DQOL scores and TCM pattern scores in the experimental group before treatment（ P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01）. There was a strong correlation between the total score of TCM patterns and DQOL after treatment（ r = 0. 266）. Conclusion TCM comprehensive treatment program can obviously increase the QOL of DN patients

and there is a certain correlation between QOL and TCM patterns.
