摘要

目的观察锡类散栓治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效。方法将64例轻、中度远端UC患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各32例。治疗组给予锡类散栓纳肛

对照组给予美沙拉嗪栓纳肛

两组早、晚排便后各用肛栓1粒

均以15天为1个疗程

停药7天后再行下1个疗程

共治疗2个疗程后观察临床疗效

治疗前后进行结肠镜检查比较内镜指数。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为71.9%

对照组为81.3%

两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组治疗后内镜指数与本组治疗前比较均明显降低（P<0.05）;治疗后两组间内镜指数比较

差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论锡类散栓治疗轻、中度远端UC临床疗效与美沙拉嗪栓相当。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xilei Powder（锡类散） Suppository for ulcerative colitis（ UC）. Methods Totally 64 cases of mild or moderate distal UC were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 32 in each. Xilei Powder（锡类散） Suppository and Mesalamine Suppository were admitted to anus in the treatment group and control group respectively. One treatment course lasted for 15 days. After 7-day discontinuation

the next treatment course was conducted. The therapeutic effect was observed after two treatment courses. The endoscopic indexes in both groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 71. 9% and 81. 3% respectively

with no significant difference between groups（ P > 0. 05）. The endoscopic indexes in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment（ P < 0. 05）

but with no significant difference between groups（ P > 0. 05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Xilei Powder（锡类散） Suppository is similar to that of Mesalamine Suppository in treating mild or moderate distal UC.
