摘要

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）缓解期肺气虚证和肺阴虚证患者炎性细胞因子的变化。方法收集COPD缓解期肺气虚证和肺阴虚证患者各50例

另选健康者50例设为对照组

检测各组受试者血清白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的水平。结果肺气虚组、肺阴虚组患者血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平明显高于对照组

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;肺阴虚组患者血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平明显高于肺气虚组（P<0.05）。结论 COPD缓解期肺气虚证、肺阴虚证患者血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α水平存在差异

可能导致免疫功能紊乱。

Abstract

Objective To research the changes of cytokines in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD） patient with lung-qi deficiency pattern and lung-yin deficiency pattern during remission stage. Methods Fifty COPD patients with lung-qi deficiency pattern and fifty COPD patients with lung-yin deficiency pattern were collected. Fifty healthy persons were selected as the control group. The levels of interleukin-8（IL-8）

interleukin-1β（IL-1β） and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） were detected. Results The levels of IL-1β

IL-8 and TNF-α in both groups of COPD patients were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P < 0. 05）

especially in COPD patients with lung-yin deficiency pattern（P < 0. 05）. Conclusion There is difference between COPD patients with lung-qi deficiency pattern and COPD patients with lung-yin deficiency pattern

which might result in immune dysfunction.
