方证是研究方剂与病证之间的对应关系及多边关系所构建的辨治体系

突出研究方剂药物及用量调配比例以辨治常见病、多发病、疑难杂病。"方证"之方是治证之手段

证是用方之依据

学习经方方证的固定性是灵活选用经方方证可变性的基本点和切入点

方证可变性是应用方证理论指导临床实践以变应变的治病宗旨和最终目的。只有重视研究方证固定性并结合临证应用可变性

才能真正掌握经方方证;只有从药症角度深入研究方证理论

才能用活经方方证用量以指导临床辨治内伤杂病、外感疾病、内外夹杂疾病。

Abstract

Formula-pattern is a pattern differentiation and treatment system constructed to study the correspondent and multilateral relations between formula and pattern

and study the medicinal and dosage of formula to treat common diseases and miscellaneous diseases. In formula-pattern system

formula is a means of pattern differentiation and treatment and pattern is a basis for medication. The fixability of formula-pattern in classical formulae is fundamental

and the variability of formula-pattern in classical formulae is the ultimate purpose of treatment. Formula-pattern in classical formulae can only be grasped by paying attention to its fixability and variability. Dosage of formula-pattern in classical formulae can only be used to guide clinical treatment of exogenous diseases and miscellaneous diseases by thoroughly researching the formula-pattern theory from the perspective of medicinal and symptom.
