摘要

目的观察自拟口糜消配方颗粒治疗复发性口腔溃疡（ROU）的疗效。方法 142例ROU患者随机分为中药组48例

西药组46例

中西药组48例。中药组给予自拟口糜消配方颗粒

每日1剂

治疗6个月。西药组给予白芍总苷胶囊

每次0.6g

每日3次

口服6个月;转移因子胶囊

每次6mg

每日3次

口服1个月;地喹氯铵含片含服

每次0.25mg

每日4次

连用10天。中西药组给予口糜消配方颗粒联合白芍总苷胶囊、转移因子胶囊、地喹氯铵含片（各药用法用量及疗程同上）。各组于治疗前及治疗后5天、10天评价疼痛积分（包括自发疼痛、烧灼感、激惹痛）及溃疡大小（包括溃疡面积及充血面积）;于治疗后3、6个月及随访至12个月评价各组临床疗效。结果各组患者治疗后5天及10天疼痛各项评分与治疗前比较明显降低、溃疡面积明显缩小（P<0.05）;且治疗后10天疼痛各项评分低于治疗后5天（P<0.05）。中西药组及中药组治疗后10天疼痛评分及溃疡面积各项指标明显低于西药组（P<0.05）。中西药组及中药组治疗后3、6、12个月时总有效率明显高于同期西药组（P<0.05）。结论口糜消配方颗粒治疗ROU具有减轻溃疡周围口腔黏膜充血、止痛较快

加速口腔溃疡面愈合

临床疗效肯定。

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of self-made Koumixiao Granules for recurrent oral ulcers（ ROU）.Methods Totally 142 cases of ROU were randomized into the Koumixiao Granules group

western medicine group and integrative medicine group

with 48

46 and 48 in each.The Koumixiao Granules group was given self-made Koumixiao Granules one dose daily for 6 months.The western medicine group was given 0.6 g of Total Glucosides of Peony Capsules 3 times daily for 6 months

6 mg of Transfer Factor Capsules 3 times daily for one month

and 0.25 mg of Dequalinium Buccal Tablets 4 times daily for 10 days.The integrative medicine group was given self-made Koumixiao Granules

Total Glucosides of Peony Capsules

Transfer Factor Capsules and Dequalinium Buccal Tablets.The pain scores and ulcer sizes were evaluated before treatment and on the 5th and 10th day after treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated in the 3rd and 6th month after treatment and in the 12th month of follow-up.Results The pain scores were significantly decreased and the ulcer sizes were significantly reduced in all groups on the 5th and 10th day after treatment（ P < 0.05）

especially pain scores on the 10th day after treatment（ P <0.05） and pain scores and ulcer sizes in the integrative medicine group and Koumixiao Granules group on the 10th day after treatment as compared with the western medicine group（ P < 0.05）.The total efficacy in the integrative medicine group and Koumixiao Granules group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group in the 3rd

6th and 12th month after treatment（ P < 0.05）.Conclusion Self-made Koumixiao Granules is effective for ROU and it can reduce the mucosal congestion

quickly remove pain and promote healing of ulcers.
