摘要

结局管理作为一种及时、高效的评估医疗结局的管理工具

其过程就是在真实世界中收集、分析数据

并做到实时反馈

以调整治疗方案。理论与实践表明

结局管理能够显著改善健康结局

促进医疗资源合理分配。介绍结局管理的基本概念和特点

并就其在真实世界中医临床科研范式基础上的合理应用与实践

提出了一些初步思路与设想。

Abstract

As a timely and efficient management tool to assess the medical outcome

the procedure of outcome management is collecting and analyzing data to do real-time feedback and then adjust the treatment plan in the real world. Theory and practice shows that outcome management can significantly improve health outcome and promote the rational allocation of medical resources. We introduced the basic concept and feature of outcome management and proposed some preliminary ideas and vision for its rational application and practice in TCM real-world clinical research paradigm.
