摘要

目的观察益肾骨康方对肿瘤骨转移癌患者临床疗效及生存质量的影响。方法 120例肿瘤骨转移患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组给予帕米膦酸二钠注射液

90mg缓慢静脉滴注

每月1次

治疗3个月。治疗组在对照组基础上给予益肾骨康方

每日1剂

治疗3个月。治疗前后评价两组患者体力状况、疼痛程度

观察并记录两组患者治疗前后症状（包括腰膝酸软、五心烦热、口燥咽干、潮热盗汗、疼痛、烦躁失眠、消瘦神疲、血小板增高）积分。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为23.33%

对照组为16.67%

两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗组临床疗效受益率为76.67%

对照组为50.00%

治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗后腰膝酸软、口燥咽干、潮热盗汗、烦躁失眠、疼痛及血小板增高等症状积分均较治疗前降低（P<0.05或P<0.01）;治疗组治疗后口燥咽干及疼痛症状积分均较对照组明显降低（P<0.01）。治疗组体力状况稳定提高率为76.67%

对照组为50.00%

治疗组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论益肾骨康方联合帕米膦酸二钠治疗肿瘤骨转移患者

具有更好的止痛、改善临床症状的作用

进而提高患者的临床受益率、体力状况。

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Yishen Gukang Formula（ formula for benefiting kidney and bone

益肾骨康方） for metastatic bone cancer and its effect on quality of life（QOL）. Methods Totally 120 cases of metastatic bone cancer were randomized into the treatment group and control group

with 60 in each. Both groups were given intravenous infusion of 90ml Pamidronate Disodium Injection once monthly for 3 months. The treatment group was added with Yishen Gukang Formula one dose daily for 3 months. The physical condition

and symptom scores in two groups were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The total efficacy of the treatment group and control group was 23. 33% and 16. 67% respectively

dry mouth and throat

irritability

insomnia

pain and thrombocytosis in the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment（P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01）. The scores of dry mouth and throat and pain in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P < 0. 01）. The steady improvement rate of physical condition in the treatment group and control group was 76. 67% and 50. 00% respectively

with a significant difference between groups（P < 0. 05）. Conclusion The combo therapy of Yishen Gukang Formula and Pamidronate Disodium Injection is effective for metastatic bone cancer. It can obviously relieve pain and symptoms and improve the clinical benefit rate and QOL.
